Last week, she tweeted to her father “since your text and email obviously aren’t working, would you like to talk like this?” And NOOOW she tweeted a picture of a woman with this text to her dad: “Since you won’t reply to my texts I’m giving you an hour to tell me the truth or I’ll tell it for you.” The picture is of a woman who her father did a Broadway show with… we can assume she’s implying that her father cheated with said woman. Miley deleted the tweet and wrote “WTF? My Twitter was just actin all types of cray.” Yesssss… I’m sure it wassss… Anyway, I guess it’s safe to assume Billy Ray made contact with Miley. Reminder: Miley’s mom just recently filed for divorce from BRC.

Woah. He’s officially been charged with leaving the scene of an accident without exchanging proper information, and driving without a valid driver’s license. Each charge can come with up to 6 months in jail. What’s worse? This could put him in violation of his probation from the Rihanna Incident and he could face 4 years in jail. Holy crap.
